Let me congratulate all those responsible for bringing us to this point. This includes the Ministry of Health, the South-West Regional Health Authority and the contractors engaged in the provision of the facility.
This is the third and final facility of its type to be completed in this Central/South region under the District Health Facility concept. The other two already in service to the people are in Couva and Princes Town.
